Nutritional therapist Mirka will thoroughly review your nutrition history to understand your needs and create a plan that truly suits you. You will no longer have to spend hours studying nutrition books or wondering what to prepare. We will give you a clear plan that saves you time and effort.

We stay in touch with you! If you need advice about anything related to your diet, we are available via email, phone, or WhatsApp to answer your questions, provide support, and adjust your meal plan if needed.

 

A PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN INCLUDES:

  • Sending a detailed questionnaire (nutritional history) to your email: Based on this questionnaire, a meal plan will be created specifically for you, considering your individual requirements and wishes.
  • We will arrange a date and time for an online meeting. It will take place via Google Meet, where we will go over your needs and nutritional goals in detail.
  • Based on the information you provide, we will create a personalized 4-week meal plan tailored just for you.
  • After the meal plan is completed, we will send you all materials, including the meal plan, a table of recommended foods, and other useful nutrition-related information, directly to your email within 10 business days. The meal plan is sustainable long-term and flexible to offer variety and fit your lifestyle.
  • We will stay in touch via email, phone, or WhatsApp to answer your questions, provide support, and adjust the meal plan if needed.
  • We will regularly send you recipes and nutrition articles to help expand your knowledge and inspire your meal preparation.
