I am a physiotherapist, a graduate of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, majoring in Physiotherapy in Kladno. I specialize in strength and conditioning training and functional movement.

COURSES AND EDUCATION

I have completed countless courses (taping, the IASTM method, McKenzie, RockBlades and others), but I reached the highest level of understanding only through self-study of Evidence-Based Medicine. With that in mind, I created an Instagram page @Fk_physio with a friend, where we share studies from our field for both professionals and the general public.

Work

I currently work as a private physiotherapist in Lanškroun, I have been leading group training sessions for over 2 years, and I am part of the FIT-REB Family. I have many hobbies—from snowboarding, doing flips and training in the gym, all the way to restoring old cars and motorcycles.

Consultation process

After the consultation is paid for, we will arrange a date and time for an online meeting. It will take place via Google Meet.

You will fill out a form that will help me understand your problem.
3.
At the agreed time, we will connect and I will carry out an anamnesis, which is the collection of information about your problem (what troubles you, how long it has lasted, which activities limit you, your occupation, sports activities, social relationships, etc.).
4.
We will then perform an examination, which may include movement testing, resistance tests, and other methods (even online, most problems can be assessed).
5.
After the consultation, you will know exercises tailored specifically to your needs.

Why I became part of the
FIT-REB Family

I became a member of the FIT-REB team so I could provide you with consultations and answers to your questions regarding training, exercise technique, muscle growth, recovery procedures, and other topics. I can help you by consulting your specific problem or injury.
Under each video, you’ll find my commentary explaining how and why you should exercise in a certain way, including possible modifications. I try to convey all information with a clear purpose and reasoning.
If you have recently suffered an injury or have a specific request or limitation, don’t hesitate to contact me. Together, we can create a personalized training plan that will help you recover and achieve your goals.
