In the case of a request for a complaint, withdrawal from the contract, or to review the terms and conditions, please fill in the attached request form.
To withdraw from a binding purchase contract, please print and fill in the attached form, sign it by hand, then scan it and send it as an attachment to info@fit-reb.cz. After checking that the information provided in the form is correct, we will start processing your withdrawal from the contract and, without undue delay, send your money back to the bank account you specify in the form. Please do so within the statutory period of 14 days.
