Our coach and physiotherapist in one person, Honza, focuses mainly on active rehabilitation (exercise), which differs greatly from classic physiotherapy.
He works with clients on the overall programming of their rehabilitation, periodization, and long-term progress in treating their issues.
You will NOT leave the consultation with just 3 exercises — instead, you will know exactly what to do, how many repetitions, training frequency, technique adjustments tailored to your individual needs, and much more information on how to help yourself on your journey away from pain.
The online consultation includes:
- Before the online consultation, please make notes about your problem in case you have already undergone previous examinations or therapies — how they went, what was discovered, and what the conclusions or treatment procedures were.
- We will arrange the date and time of the online meeting. It will take place via Google Meet, where we will go through your needs and goals in detail, including those related to nutrition.
Duration of the online consultation: 1 hour
The meeting will take place via the online platform Google Meet; after agreeing on the date, we will send you a link to the call by email.
