I completed Secondary Medical School as a Nutrition Assistant and then continued at the Higher Medical Vocational School, where I earned my diploma. Thanks to this, I have a solid understanding of how the body works and what nutrients it needs for health and well-being.
During my studies, I worked in a senior home and collaborated with FF MENU as a nutrition therapist. There, I gained valuable experience in kitchen operations and food service. After school, I joined a hospital, where I worked in both the dietary and clinical departments, gaining extensive practical experience.
I also worked for three years as a consultant in a women’s fitness studio, where I helped clients establish sustainable eating habits without strict diets. The key to success was mental well-being and joy from food.
I currently focus on the nutrition of clients with Alzheimer’s disease in a specialized care home. I also work as a nutrition therapist for school cafeterias and kindergartens, where I oversee the proper preparation of meals for children with celiac disease, lactose intolerance, and other special diets. I am also part of the FIT-REB FAMILY team.
I am an active person, I love to move, and when I’m not working, I spend time with my daughter. I love sports, trips, cooking, reading books, and I am constantly educating myself.
