Resistance band HMS GU05 yellow

The GU05 exercise or resistance band, as this aid is called, is used mainly as assistance for pull-ups, triceps dips and other exercise variations. Resistance bands are also very often used in rehabilitation training. Because it is not a direct load, but the band creates resistance through gradual tension, it is often used as a rehabilitation accessory for muscle, tendon and joint injuries.
